When creating your profile please make sure that all of the information is correct. Please do not use nicknames or complete the registration on behalf of another individual because we adhere to KYC and AML policies. We verify your documents with the information you fill in on your profile.
If we are unable to verify your KYC or if it is rejected, we will be forced to terminate the agreement with immediate effect. You will not be eligible for a refund of the challenge fee as per our policies and the associated costs.
